- Within Bengaluru & Nearby Areas:
Fresh products (like oyster mushrooms, microgreens and other highly perishable items) will generally be delivered only within select pin codes in Bengaluru and nearby areas, where we can maintain freshness and quality.
Availability for fresh items will be indicated at checkout, based on your pin code.
- Within India (Non-perishable products):
Non-perishable products such as Wood-pressed oils, Dehydrated vegetable & fruit powders may be shipped to a wider range of pin codes across India, depending on logistic partner coverage.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you may see an error at checkout, or we may contact you to discuss alternatives.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
We process orders on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays and unforeseen closures.
- Fresh Products (Mushrooms, Microgreens, etc.)
To protect freshness and reduce waste, fresh items are usually, harvested/packed close to the dispatch date, and dispatched based on availability, weather and logistics feasibility. - Indicative processing:
Orders received before [cut-off time, e.g., 10:00 AM] on a working day are typically processed same day or next day, subject to stock and harvest schedule.
Orders received after the cut-off may be processed on the next working day. - You may receive a call or message from our team if:
A product is temporarily unavailable, or we need to adjust the delivery date to ensure freshness.
- Non-Perishable Products (Oils, Powders etc.)
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of successful payment.
During peak periods (festivals, special sales, launches) processing times may be slightly longer, but we aim to keep you informed.
If there is any unexpected delay in processing, we will reach out via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
These are general estimates and can vary based on your location and courier performance.
- Within Bengaluru city limits
Fresh products: Usually same day or next day delivery after dispatch (subject to slot availability, harvest, and courier/local delivery capacity).
Non-perishable products: Usually 1–3 working days from dispatch.
- Rest of India (for non-perishable items only)
Most locations: 3–7 working days from dispatch.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, festivals, strikes, courier delays and other unforeseen events can impact actual delivery time.

- We believe that how we pack your order is as important as what goes inside.
- We aim to use minimal, eco-conscious, and food-safe packaging, avoiding unnecessary plastic trays wherever possible.
- Fresh items are packed in a way that protects them from damage, moisture and contamination, while balancing our commitment to sustainability.
- Oils and glass containers (if used) are carefully wrapped to reduce the risk of leakage or breakage in transit.If you receive a package that is clearly damaged from the outside:

- Once your order is dispatched, you will typically receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/WhatsApp message
- A tracking link or AWB number, where available, to monitor your shipment status
- Tracking may be provided by our:
- Courier partner’s website/app, or
- Aggregated shipping platform (if used)
If tracking details are not visible or appear stuck for more than a couple of days, please contact us at support@youandhealth.in with your Order ID.
- Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable, they may contact you via call/SMS.
- For fresh products, it is very important that someone is available at the address on the expected delivery day to avoid spoilage.
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Please ensure your Name, phone number and address (including landmark and pin code) are correct and complete at checkout.
- If an order fails to deliver due to:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated unavailability at the delivery location
- Non-response to delivery partner calls
Then:- The shipment may be returned to us, and We may deduct actual shipping and handling costs from any refundable amount (especially for non-perishable items).
For fresh/perishable items, a refund may not be possible if the goods are no longer fit for resale.
- Delivery delays
- While we aim to ship on time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases:
- We will coordinate with our courier partners to speed up delivery where possible.
- For fresh items, if we believe the delay will compromise quality, we may reschedule, replace or cancel the order with your consent.
- Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives with visible damage, leakage or missing items:- Take clear photos of:
- The outer box and shipping label
- The inner packaging
- The damaged or incorrect product
- Report the issue as soon as possible:
- Fresh products: within 4–6 hours of delivery
- Packaged products: within 24 hours of delivery

We will assess the situation and may offer replacement, partial or full refund, or store credit, as per our Return Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- For fresh items such as oyster mushrooms and microgreens:
- We may limit deliveries to specific days or time slots to ensure you receive them in good condition.
- You may be asked to refrigerate immediately and use within a short suggested timeframe for best quality.
- If your location is affected by extreme weather, we may proactively contact you to reschedule or adjust the order.
Because these items are highly perishable, they are generally non-cancellable after dispatch and non-returnable, except in cases of clear transit damage or quality issues at the time of delivery.
- For bulk orders (e.g., large quantities for events, offices, wellness programs):
- Shipping terms, timelines and charges may differ and will be discussed and confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp) before order confirmation.
- Any special delivery arrangements (e.g., specific time windows, multiple drop points) must be mutually agreed.
