What makes YouandHealth products “natural & honest”?
We keep our recipes simple—real oils, vegetables, fruits and grains, with no harsh chemicals, no artificial colours and no added flavours. Every batch is made in small, hygienic units so you always know what you’re bringing home.
Which oils do you offer as wood-pressed?
We currently press oils like groundnut, coconut, safflower, sesame, castor, sunflower and other traditional Indian oils. All of them are wood-pressed at low RPM to keep heat low and protect flavour and nutrients.
What is the difference between wood-pressed and refined oil?
Wood-pressed oils are made by slowly pressing clean seeds or nuts without high heat or harsh chemicals. Refined oils usually go through bleaching, deodorising and high-temperature processing. We only make wood-pressed oils.
Do you use preservatives or artificial additives?
No. Our products are free from synthetic preservatives, artificial colours and added flavours. Shelf life comes from clean ingredients, controlled processing and proper packing.
What are microgreens?
Microgreens are very young plants harvested just after the first leaves appear. They are flavourful, colourful, packed with minerals and vitamins and great as toppings in salads, sandwiches, dals, sabzis and bowls.
How do I store microgreens and how long do they stay fresh?
Keep them in their original container or a dry box in the fridge. Use a clean, dry spoon or tongs to take what you need. For best taste and texture, use them within 3–4 days of delivery.
Do I need to wash microgreens?
If you’re eating them raw, a gentle rinse in clean, cold water and quick pat-drying is enough. If you’re adding them to hot dishes, you can use them directly from the box.
How are your oyster mushrooms grown?
Our mushrooms are grown in clean, controlled rooms on sterilised substrate. We use autoclave sterilisation to keep the growing medium free from unwanted microbes and maintain food-safe conditions.
How long do fresh mushrooms last?
Store them in the fridge in a breathable bag or box. Use them within 3–5 days for best flavour. If they turn slimy, smell sour or darken excessively, it’s better not to use them.
What are dehydrated veggie & fruit powders?
These are powders made from real vegetables and fruits that are cleaned, gently dehydrated and finely milled. They let you add colour and goodness to daily food without peeling and chopping every time.
How can I use these powders in everyday cooking?
You can mix them into chapati dough, idli/dosa batter, rotis, porridges, smoothies, curd, dal, sabzis, soups and even snacks like cutlets or patties. Start with 1–2 teaspoons and adjust to taste.
Do I need to refrigerate the powders?
Keep the pouch tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If your kitchen is very humid, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge to prevent lumps.
What is the typical shelf life of your powders?
Each product shows a “Best Before” date on the pack. Most powders stay good for several months when stored correctly. Always use a dry spoon and close the pack tightly after use.
Which licences and registrations does YouandHealth have?
We operate with a valid FSSAI licence, GST registration, MSME/Udyam registration and trademark registration for the YouandHealth brand. Relevant certificate details are displayed on our Quality & Certificates page.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We work with our own village farms and a small network of trusted growers and suppliers. Wherever possible, we source locally and keep the journey from field to pack as short and transparent as we can.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to selected pin codes in and around Bengaluru (and other areas as mentioned on the website). During checkout, you can enter your pin code to check delivery availability.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Bengaluru, most orders reach in 1–3 working days after dispatch. For other locations (if enabled), delivery time may vary based on the courier partner. Fresh products like mushrooms and microgreens may follow fixed dispatch days to maintain quality.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. We sometimes offer free delivery above a minimum order value—please see the banner or cart for current offers.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email/WhatsApp (as applicable) with tracking details or expected delivery date. For any doubts, you can always contact our support number (+91 95382 21523).
What if I’m not at home during delivery?
Our delivery partner will usually attempt again or contact you on your phone number. For fresh products, we recommend choosing a time when someone can receive the parcel so it doesn’t stay outside in heat.
Can I return food products if I change my mind?
Because we deal with food items, we usually cannot accept returns for change of mind or after the pack is opened. This helps us keep safety and hygiene standards high.
In what cases will you replace or refund an order?
If you receive a wrong item, damaged/leaking pack, or a product that seems spoiled on arrival, please contact us with photos within the time mentioned in our policy. After checking, we can offer a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How do I raise a return or replacement request?
Please reach us on our support WhatsApp/phone or email with your order ID, clear photos of the issue and a short note on what went wrong. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
How does the YouandHealth subscription work?
You choose your favourite products (for example, a monthly oil + fresh box + powders), pick a delivery frequency and save your details. We prepare and deliver fresh batches automatically as per schedule, so you don’t have to reorder every time.
Which products can I subscribe to?
Typically, subscriptions will be available for Wood-pressed oils, microgreens, mushrooms and selected powders. The exact list and combo boxes will be shown on the Subscriptions page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime before the next billing/processing date through your account or by reaching us on support. Already processed or dispatched orders will follow the usual policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, netbanking and other options shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, will be clearly mentioned.
How should I store wood-pressed oils?
Keep bottles tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and heat. A cool, dark cupboard is ideal. Avoid keeping them near the stove.
