How a Home Kitchen Question Became YouandHealth

It started with small questions in our own kitchen: What’s really in this oil? How long has this mushroom sat in plastic? Instead of ignoring them, we turned those questions into YouandHealth.

We began pressing oils in small wooden units, growing mushrooms and microgreens with stricter hygiene, and drying real vegetables and fruits into simple powders. One rule guides every batch: if it doesn’t feel right for our family, it doesn’t go into a YouandHealth pack.

OUR GROWING & MAKING

How We Grow & Craft Your Food

We source from our own village farms and a small network of trusted growers. Fresh produce is grown with care, and mushrooms are cultivated in clean, monitored units where the growing medium, air and water are kept food-safe.

From cleaning and sorting to autoclave-sterilised mushroom substrate and cold-pressed oils, every step follows documented hygiene practices in our FSSAI-licensed unit.

We use low-RPM wood pressing for oils and gentle dehydration for real vegetables and fruit powders, so flavour, colour and quality are better preserved in every batch.
