At YouandHealth, we work with small-batch, organic and mostly perishable products – Woood-pressed oils, fresh Oyster mushrooms, Microgreens, and Dehydrated vegetable & fruit powders.
We pack each order carefully and want you to feel safe and confident using our products. Because we deal with food, our return rules are a bit tighter than non-food e-commerce, but we always aim to be fair and transparent.
If something isn’t right with your order, this page explains when a return or replacement is possible, what is not returnable, and how to raise a request.

This Return & Replacement Policy applies to all orders placed directly through https://youandhealth.in/.
This policy covers:
Situations where you can request a replacement product (same or equivalent item), and
Cases where we may ask you to return a product, if feasible, for quality checks.
- This policy does NOT cover:
- Order cancellations before dispatch
- How money is refunded (mode, timelines, etc.)

- We usually offer a replacement or store solution when there is a genuine issue such as:
- Damaged or leaked products on delivery
Bottle/pouch broken, oil leaked, packaging crushed, etc. - Wrong item received
The product does not match what you ordered (e.g., wrong oil, wrong powder). - Missing items
Fewer items delivered than what is mentioned on your invoice, or part of a combo is missing. - Expired or clearly unfit products at delivery
Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery, or
Clearly spoiled/unsafe at the time of opening (unusual smell, fungus, etc.) despite correct storage.
- Damaged or leaked products on delivery
- We may offer
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A suitable alternative, or
Move the case to Cancellation & Refund Policy if a refund/credit is more appropriate.
Because our products are fresh and food-grade, we need quick reporting to act fairly and safely.
- Fresh Products (Oyster Mushrooms, Microgreens & other fresh produce)
- Please inspect your package immediately on delivery.
- Any issue (damage, spoilage, wrong/missing items) must be reported within 4–6 hours of delivery.
- Packaged Products (Wood-Pressed Oils and Powders)
- Please report any damage, leakage, wrong item or quality issue within 24 hours of delivery.

After these time windows, it becomes very difficult to verify storage conditions and responsibility, so such cases are usually not eligible for return/replacement.
- For hygiene, safety and practical reasons, the following are generally non-returnable:
- Any opened, unsealed or partially used food product
- Products with tampered, missing or heavily damaged original packaging/labels
- Items returned without any proof of order (invoice, order confirmation)
- Items purchased under “No Return” / “Short Shelf-life” / “Clearance” clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Free products or gifts received as part of offers
In rare exceptions, we may still decide to offer a resolution (replacement, store credit, etc.) at our sole discretion; this does not create a permanent right or precedent.
To help us process your request smoothly:
- Report within the correct time window
- Fresh items: within 4–6 hours of delivery
- Packaged items: within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear visual proof
- Photos of the outer parcel, visible damage if any, and shipping label
- Photos of the inner product packaging
- Close-up of the specific issue (leak, damage, fungus, etc.)
- Keep product and packaging safely
- Do not throw away the packaging until we close the case.
- In some cases, we may request a reverse pickup or physical return, if feasible in your location.
- Share complete details
- Your Order ID, name and registered mobile number
- Product name(s) and quantity
- A short, clear description of the problem.
Once we review the information, we will confirm whether a replacement, partial replacement, or another type of resolution is appropriate.

- Include in your email:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number used for the order
- Order ID and Order Date
- Product name(s) and quantity
- 3–6 clear photos showing the issue + outer packaging & label
- A short description of the issue and when you noticed it.
- Optional:
- Call/WhatsApp us at +91 95382 21523 after sending the email, especially for time-sensitive fresh products.
Our team will review and respond with the next steps and expected timelines.
Depending on the situation, we may offer one or more of the following:
- Full replacement of the same product
- Partial replacement (e.g., one item from a combo)
- Alternative product of similar value, if you agree
- Redirecting the case to Cancellation & Refund Policy where a refund will be placed.
We choose the option that best balances food safety, fairness and operational feasibility.
- If the issue is clearly from YouandHealth’s side (wrong item packed, damage in transit, quality issue at delivery), we will bear any reasonable reverse pickup or return shipping cost, where applicable and feasible.
- In many cases, especially for perishable items, we may not require a physical return and instead rely on photos, videos and your cooperation.
- If the issue is shown to be due to incorrect handling, storage or delay in reporting at the customer’s end, we may decline replacement and redirect you to our policies for future reference
- If you purchased YouandHealth products through a third-party platform (e.g., a marketplace or another website):
- Their return and replacement policy may apply.
- You will often need to raise the request directly on that platform for them to process it (as they control the order and payment).
You can still share quality-related feedback with us at wecare@youandhealth.in so we can investigate and improve.
- Because our products are organic-first, minimally processed and natural, please expect:
- Slight differences in colour, size, shape, texture or taste from batch to batch
- Natural sedimentation or separation in oils and some powders
- Variation due to season, soil and climate conditions
These natural changes are not considered defects and are generally not eligible for returns or replacements.
- Always check:
- Storage instructions on the pack
- Recommended “Best before” or expiry date
Instructions like “Keep in a cool, dry place”, “Use dry spoon”, “Refrigerate after opening” where applicable.
- We may update this Return & Replacement Policy occasionally to reflect:
- Changes in our product lines and logistics
- New regulations or food safety guidelines
- Customer feedback and practical learnings
- When we do:
